Tesla will launch in Argentina on November 20, 2026, with an exhibition space at the Unicenter shopping center in Martínez, Buenos Aires province. The site will feature two vehicles and a test-drive area capable of accommodating ten cars, while the Model 3 and Model Y will lead the initial offering. Commercial sales will not begin until 2027, following a phase intended to familiarize customers with the products and resolve remaining regulatory and logistical issues. Tesla Argentina S.R.L. was incorporated in March 2026, and Joaquín Lizarralde will manage both Argentina and Uruguay. Final prices will depend partly on the $35,000 cap for duty-free electric vehicle imports, the applicable tax structure and currency movements, while the Supercharger network remains limited despite cooperation agreements with YPF.
