The median on-demand rental price for an Nvidia H200 now ranges from $4.27 to $4.94 per GPU-hour, representing an increase of about 160% since January 1, 2026. The rise outpaces that of other Nvidia models: B200 prices are up about 120%, RTX PRO 6000 prices around 65% and H100 prices approximately 35%, while six-year-old A100 chips have also become more expensive. Rates are higher at major cloud providers, at about $7.91 per hour or more, than on spot marketplaces, where they can fall to $1.47. Nebius increased its on-demand H200 price from $4.50 to $5.40 per GPU-hour, a 20% rise effective October 1, 2026, alongside a 17% increase for H100 rentals. These increases reflect demand for artificial intelligence computing power that continues to exceed available supply.
