TeraWulf increased the commitments under its senior secured revolving credit facility from $250 million to approximately $400 million. Morgan Stanley Senior Funding serves as the administrative and collateral agent. The amendment, signed on October 23, 2026, adds an uncommitted accordion for about $150 million in additional commitments and removes the $150 million cap on letters of credit. TeraWulf expects to use the letters of credit for utility partnerships and data center expansion. These projects include the Muskie Data Campus in Kentucky, which is positioned for growth in Bitcoin mining and high-performance computing capacity. Pricing, covenants and other terms of the amended facility are expected to be detailed in TeraWulf’s quarterly 10-Q filing.
