Legacy approvals on the Magic Eden platform were exploited by attackers, but white hat hackers intervened to secure 23,155 NFTs worth over $5.7 million. Yuga Labs, through its representative 0xQuit, coordinated the rescue operation. Affected holders must now manually revoke the vulnerable approvals on their NFT and token contracts to fully protect themselves.
