Microsoft announced a major overhaul of its Copilot AI tool, integrating Chat, Cowork, Code and Autopilot features into a single comprehensive app. The tech giant’s stock surged more than 4% during the session, making it the best performer among the Magnificent Seven. Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, is now fully embedded in Copilot, which CEO Satya Nadella called the biggest update to date. The pricing model is also evolving, with advanced features to be charged based on usage. Piper Sandler analysts described the move as MSFT’s super app.
