The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) added 12 companies to its MiCA register in its fourth update since the July 1 deadline, bringing the total number of authorized crypto-asset service providers (CASPs) to 321. The additions include three German cooperative banks, two Spanish companies and four French companies. Three entities were also added to the non-compliant register, now totaling 167 entries, flagged by Italy’s CONSOB.
