The TALIS protocol has gone live on Robinhood Chain, enabling holders of stock tokens to split each token into two distinct financial positions: an Income position capturing steady revenue and an Upside position capturing leveraged gains. The protocol launches with markets for NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Tesla. The mechanism relies on a user-defined cap price: the Income position receives all value up to that threshold plus a premium, while the Upside position captures any appreciation beyond the cap. Upside positions are resold through descending-clock auctions and proceeds flow to Income holders. TALIS charges 5 % of gross auction proceeds collected in USDG, while splitting, merging, and settling positions are all free. Robinhood Chain operates as an Ethereum Layer-2 network built on Arbitrum Orbit with 100-millisecond block times.
