AMC accuses Robinhood of marketing a product that misrepresents its shares without complying with U.S. securities laws. Lawyers point out that AMC’s potential claims could hinge on trademark misuse or buyer confusion, but the tokens are not sold in the United States. Spot trading volume for stock tokens reached $15.1 billion in Q1 2026, according to CoinGecko.
