Palo Alto Networks surpassed fiscal fourth-quarter estimates as AI-driven cybersecurity risks boost demand for its tools. Revenue reached $3.41 billion, up 34% year over year, while adjusted earnings per share came in at $1.02 versus the 98 cents expected. However, the company posted a net loss of $282 million, down from net income of $254 million a year earlier. CEO Nikesh Arora highlighted the acceleration of AI-powered cyberattacks, with over 2000 customer briefings conducted. Palo Alto also announced the acquisition of agentic AI startup Console and forecasts full-year revenue of $14.10 to $14.20 billion.
