MSCI has adopted new rules that put Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) and Metaplanet at risk of removal from its indexes. A simulation conducted in May had already flagged both companies for potential deletion, while SharpLink was placed on a watchlist. The MSCI index, widely followed by fund managers, could see its composition changed by these decisions. MSCI will publish its final list on November 11.
