Decentralized perpetuals exchange GMX rolled out two major updates in July: native smart wallet support and Express and One-Click trading features. The app now offers a smoother interface with overhauled swap routing visuals and can be installed directly on devices as a progressive web app. Operating on Arbitrum and Avalanche, the platform completed its transition to V2 architecture by July 2025, shifting to GM pools and GLV vaults as primary liquidity products. The GMX DAO also launched a token buyback program in March 2026, having repurchased over 384,000 GMX tokens for approximately $2.4 million, at an average price of about $6.25 per token.
