Fidelity’s Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund, which trades under the ticker FBTC, recorded net inflows of $236.7 million on November 5, 2026. The inflow led the fund to purchase approximately $236.72 million worth of Bitcoin, which it holds physically rather than through futures contracts. The transaction was more than twice the $103 million inflow recorded on October 13 and about ten times the usual $23 million to $25 million daily purchases seen in 2026. Fidelity also reports that preferred stock issuances by Bitcoin treasury companies funded purchases of 135,979 BTC through early October 2026, representing more than 0.5% of Bitcoin’s circulating supply. These ETF flows and corporate purchases indicate increased institutional and regulated demand for Bitcoin.
