Federal prosecutors in New York have opened an investigation into the two co-executors of Jeffrey Epstein’s estate. Darren Indyke, Epstein’s longtime lawyer, and Richard Kahn, his accountant, are the subjects of this inquiry; no charges have been filed at this stage. Prosecutors in the Southern District of New York have been gathering witness testimonies and requesting documents about their dealings with the two executors, who could receive $50 million and $25 million respectively. The estate has agreed to pay up to $35 million to settle a class action lawsuit, and has already distributed $121 million to more than 130 women.
