Coinbase pushes beyond crypto with retail access to $2.2 billion Oura IPO

Coinbase has launched its IPO access service for eligible US retail customers, with smart-ring maker Oura as the first offering. The company plans to sell 50 million shares at $40 to $44 each, valuing the IPO between $2.0 billion and $2.2 billion. Customers need a Coinbase Capital Markets brokerage account and must submit a Conditional Offer to Buy, with no guarantee of full allocation due to limited share availability. Coinbase warned that customers selling IPO shares within 30 days may be barred from participating in its IPO program for the next 60 days, a practice commonly known as flipping.
