German AI lab Black Forest Labs launched FLUX 3 Image Klein on October 15, 2026, releasing the model weights alongside it. The text-to-image and image editing model has 5.6 billion parameters and supports native resolution up to 4K. Businesses and individuals with annual revenue under $5 million can use it commercially for free. The model runs on consumer GPUs with a minimum of 8 GB of VRAM. It is available on Hugging Face, GitHub and integrates with inference frameworks ComfyUI and Diffusers.
