Binance France will close all its French customers’ accounts on December 31, 2026, after ending its operations in France due to its failure to obtain the required MiCA license. Deposits are already prohibited, and customers must withdraw their funds before the closure. Starting on November 29, 2026, remaining accounts will be charged a monthly fee of 0.025% of the balance or 10 USDC, whichever is higher. The first fee will be collected within three days of that date, followed by a second after December 24. Customers who withdraw all their cryptocurrencies before November 29 will not be charged.
