Modine Manufacturing reported more than $1 billion in data center orders during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, a level never previously achieved in the company’s history. Segment sales reached $439.7 million, up 95 percent from a year earlier, while total revenue rose 35 percent to $994.4 million. The company also secured a $400 million program award from a major hyperscale customer covering custom air-handling units through 2027. Following the spin-off of Performance Technologies, Modine raised its fiscal 2027 sales forecast to $3.1 billion–$3.2 billion and its adjusted EBITDA forecast to $470 million–$500 million.
