Stellantis reported a 4 billion euro, or $4.5 billion, cash shortfall in the third quarter despite continuing its 60 billion euro turnaround plan. Revenue rose 1% to 37.6 billion euros, while adjusted operating income jumped 184% to 256 million euros.
