Euronext suspends CoinShares’ Zcash ETP before it could debut in Paris

Euronext suspended CoinShares’ Zcash exchange-traded product on Wednesday, just before it was due to begin trading in Paris under the symbol ZCSH. According to an exchange spokesperson, the suspension stems from operational settlement requirements and will remain in place until the central securities depository supports the corresponding settlement operations. Euronext did not link the decision to any concerns about Zcash or the product’s structure; the product was approved but cannot trade until the relevant operational arrangements are completed. A similar 21Shares product has been trading on Euronext since late September 2026 without any reported interruptions, suggesting that the issue is specific to the settlement setup for CoinShares’ listing. Investors therefore cannot yet buy the CoinShares product in Paris, while CoinShares announced on September 22, 2026 the compulsory redemption of seven crypto products in its Swedish program, whose trading is due to end on November 4, 2026; neither of them is a Zcash product.
