SoFi Technologies reported $161.6 million in gross crypto transaction revenue for the third quarter of 2026, alongside $160 million in associated costs. Its net crypto revenue therefore stood at $1.6 million, or roughly 1% of gross volumes, because most of the headline figure reflects the value of assets changing hands rather than fees retained by the company. SoFi’s crypto product count rose from 388,336 to 503,070 between the second and third quarters, while the fintech had 23.2 million financial products in total. For the quarter, SoFi also generated $1.4 billion in adjusted net revenue, up 44% year over year, and $241 million in net income. Launched in the fourth quarter of 2025, the platform lets customers buy, sell and hold digital assets directly in the SoFi app, but its contribution to earnings remains marginal.
