BlackRock reported that its digital assets reached approximately $80 billion in the third quarter of 2026, up from $48.8 billion in the previous quarter, a 63% increase. Net inflows into the firm’s crypto exchange-traded products amounted to $7.9 billion for the quarter, the strongest quarterly figure since Q3 2025. This growth was driven by Bitcoin’s gain of over 42%, rising from approximately $58,564 to around $84,000. Despite this remarkable quarterly surge, BlackRock’s crypto business remains well below its peak of around $104 billion set in September 2025.
