Federal Judge Jennifer Rochon dismissed with prejudice a class action lawsuit targeting the memecoins LIBRA and M3M3. She ruled that six months of token launches cannot sustain a RICO claim under the Organized Crime Control Act. The case against Meteora was also dismissed as plaintiffs failed to plead the entity as one capable of being sued. This decision permanently ends the lawsuit.
