Bitwise Asset Management launched on September 29, 2026 the first US exchange-traded fund offering direct exposure to NEAR Protocol tokens, listing the product on NYSE Arca under the ticker NRR. The fund plans to stake 100% of its holdings, with rewards shared between Bitwise at 33% and shareholders for the remaining 67%. Coinbase Custody handles token custody while BNY Mellon manages cash operations and administrative duties. Annual management fees stand at 0.75% and initial capital amounts to 500,000 dollars, provided as a basket of 20,000 shares. Following regulatory approval on September 24, 2026, the NEAR token price moved toward or above 5 dollars.
