OpenZeppelin has launched TRON-specific versions of its smart contract libraries, upgrade tooling and Contracts Wizard. The platform supports TRC-20 tokens, upgradeable contracts, role-based permissions and passkey authentication. OpenZeppelin’s security infrastructure has supported $37 trillion in transferred value and completed over 900 security engagements. This integration aims to reduce the amount of critical infrastructure TRON developers need to build themselves. TRON, already widely used for stablecoin settlement like USDT, is now positioning itself as a serious financial settlement layer.
