Circle Internet Group, the issuer of the USDC stablecoin, announced the resignation of Chief Financial Officer Jeremy Fox-Geen by December 31, 2026. Fox-Geen spent over five years at Circle and steered the company toward its $1.2 billion IPO on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker CRCL. His separation agreement includes a conditional cash payment of $1.05 million, with a base salary of $500,000 per year. The same day, co-founder Sean Neville also stepped down from the board, reducing it from eight to seven directors. USDC remains the second-largest stablecoin by market capitalization.
