Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) captured approximately 73% of the global foundry market in the second quarter of 2026, marking the second consecutive quarter at that level, according to Counterpoint Research. Its closest competitor, Samsung Foundry, holds only 5.9% market share. TSMC’s quarterly revenue reached $40.2 billion in Q2 2026, up 12.1% from the previous quarter. For the full year 2025, TSMC generated $122.54 billion in foundry revenue, a 36.1% year-over-year increase. Advanced nodes of 7 nanometers and below accounted for 74% of the company’s wafer revenue in 2025.
