The market declined Tuesday as rising oil prices and bond yields pressured stocks, with WTI crude hitting $90 per barrel after U.S. forces struck Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps targets. Jim Cramer’s portfolio is adding two defensive stocks to its Bullpen watchlist: Kimberly-Clark and CVS Health. Kimberly-Clark trades at 14 times earnings estimates with a 4.77% dividend yield, and benefits from its pending acquisition of Kenvue, the former Johnson & Johnson consumer health division. CVS Health, led by David Joyner, reported second-quarter earnings of $2.58 per share versus the $1.85 consensus estimate, but the stock fell after management provided a conservative 2027 outlook with an EPS floor of $8.44; the stock now trades around 11 times 2027 earnings estimates with a 2.75% dividend yield.
