Ethereum aims to triple its network throughput via the Glamsterdam upgrade scheduled for Q4 2026. Analysis of 929.7 million transactions reveals that 174 million are fixable with higher gas limits, while 2.7 million would be potentially broken under EIP-8037. The entire ecosystem, from wallets to RPC providers to indexers and node tooling, will need to incorporate the new rules before deployment.
