Parma has completed the signing of Ousmane Diallo from Borussia Dortmund for 1.5 million euros. The 19-year-old Spanish winger has committed to a five-year contract running through June 2031. Diallo, born in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, impressed at the UEFA European Under-19 Championship in 2026 with Spain. Parma head coach Carlos Cuesta views him as a long-term attacking option. The Italian club, which rebuilt from bankruptcy to return to Serie A, is betting on a young talent at a low cost with strong resale potential.
