Servers lacking support for this amendment can become amendment blocked, losing the ability to validate ledgers, process transactions or participate in consensus. According to XRPSCAN, 31 out of 35 validations supported the amendment against a threshold of 28. Major features like the native Lending Protocol remain disabled pending separate validator-approved amendments, meaning current changes prepare the groundwork without activating them.
