Anthropic reportedly filed its S-1 prospectus with the SEC on October 26, 2026, ahead of a Nasdaq listing under the ticker ANT targeted for mid-November. The company could be valued at $2 trillion, more than the $1.75 trillion assigned to SpaceX in its June 2026 listing, although some estimates put Anthropic’s valuation between $1.475 trillion and $1.5 trillion. Anthropic reported 1,368% year-over-year revenue growth in Q2 2026 and an annualized revenue run-rate of $16.8 billion, but it posted a net loss of approximately $80.7 billion in the first half and carries more than $500 billion in largely non-cancellable compute and infrastructure obligations. Amazon, Alphabet and Microsoft, which have invested in or secured compute agreements with Anthropic, provide indirect exposure to its growth while also operating diversified businesses. The Motley Fool argues that investors may gain better risk-adjusted exposure through these three publicly traded companies than by buying Anthropic directly at a premium valuation.
