NEAR Intents rejected more than 500 million transaction quotes linked to the October 29 Binance exploit, showing that its permissionless infrastructure does not provide a free pass for money laundering. The protocol also integrated PEARL, enabling users to deposit, swap and hold more than 180 assets and use the stablecoin across 35 chains. NEAR additionally enabled private transaction processing and supported India’s largest initial public offering, JIO, one day after launching RELIANCE. Demand for Bitwise’s NEAR ETF has nevertheless weakened, with $7.81 million in outflows over the past two weeks despite $80.45 million in cumulative inflows. NEAR’s total value locked fell by $70 million in one month to $306 million, while NEAR Intents’ total value locked declined from $267 million to around $190 million.
