Manus, the Singapore-based AI agent platform, launched Manus 2.0 on September 28 with a new architecture called Cascade. This architecture reduces operational costs by 32%, token consumption by 23.2%, and speeds up task completion by 28.2%. The platform reportedly generated approximately $125 million in revenue by December 2025. Two new products were introduced alongside the overhaul: Manus Studio for professional users and Cue, a standalone personal agent app available through invite-only early access. Meta attempted to acquire Manus for between $2 billion and $3 billion in December 2025, but the deal ran into regulatory challenges and stalled, leaving Manus independent.
