Ledger has asked resellers and distributors in seven Asian markets, including Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia and Hong Kong, to suspend sales of its devices and remove them from shelves. All confirmed incidents involve devices sold through CryptoBilis, a regional reseller. Rival hardware wallet maker Trezor announced it will end reseller authorizations on January 1, 2027 as a precautionary measure.
