Liquid staking protocol Kinetiq has launched the Elysium testnet for DeFi applications focused on Hyperliquid. The network, deployed on Arbitrum Orbit, now features a chain ID, an RPC endpoint, and an explorer. This announcement comes one month after Kinetiq stated that HyperEVM’s throughput leaves little room for sustained high-frequency activity. The protocol aims to provide infrastructure better suited to demanding DeFi applications.
