This rotation comes amid ongoing leadership churn at OpenAI, where Dali Rajic became the fifth Chief Revenue Officer in just one year in mid-August 2026. In parallel, the commercial relationship between the two companies has strengthened: in October 2025, Salesforce and OpenAI expanded their partnership to integrate OpenAI’s models into Salesforce platforms, including Einstein and Agentforce, while Salesforce applications were also integrated into ChatGPT.
