Guangdong Goworld, a Shenzhen-listed electronics manufacturer, formally denied on June 26 rumors that its products had been certified by or supplied to Nvidia. The denial followed extreme volatility in the company’s stock, with the closing price deviating by more than 20% over three consecutive trading days. The company stated that the high-speed copper clad laminates and optical module printed circuit boards fueling speculation remain in research and development, with no scaled production and zero revenue contribution. Founded in 1997, Guangdong Goworld employs approximately 7,500 people and reported trailing twelve-month revenue of roughly 6.64 billion Chinese yuan with net income of about 221 million yuan. The company currently has no products being supplied to Nvidia and no certification agreement has been reached.
