Google has launched Gemini 4 Argon, a new frontier AI model designed to handle complex tasks across coding, finance, law, cybersecurity and science. The model is available through the Gemini API, AI Studio and Google’s enterprise offerings, with introductory pricing of $2 per million input tokens and $10 per million output tokens. Argon ranks first on the Vals Index, which measures performance across economic sectors. According to Google, the model increased agentic code submissions by over 35% while reducing code rollbacks by nearly a third. This launch is the first release in the Gemini 4 family, with additional models planned.
