Fintech firm Clear Street is launching a platform enabling accredited investors to buy stakes in late-stage private companies, starting with AI software giant Databricks, valued at $188 billion this month. CEO Uri Cohen said the goal is to remove friction and give more people access to private markets, which have historically been reserved for institutional investors.
