Honeywell Technologies has launched Forge Cognition, an AI platform built with Nvidia and Dell to automate building management. Deployed at Nvidia’s Voyager headquarters (approximately 750,000 square feet), the platform reduced unnecessary alerts by up to 90% and identified potential energy savings of 10%. Honeywell’s CTO said the autonomous mode will not be activated for two to three years, with operators retaining control for now. Nvidia becomes the first reference customer after a 90-day pilot project at its facilities. Honeywell, which refocused on automation after spinning off its advanced materials and aerospace divisions, now aims to convert Nvidia into a paying customer.
