Ethereum and Solana have reached staking records according to a Bitwise report. Ethereum’s staking reached 43.8 million ETH, representing 35.9% of total supply, with nearly 2 million ETH in net staking inflows during the quarter. Solana had 69% of its total supply staked by the end of the third quarter. Ethereum’s annualized staking yield declined from 2.81% to 2.63% as rewards are distributed over a larger base. These high staking participation levels are viewed as indicators of network strength and user confidence, and could influence the price dynamics of their respective native tokens.
