Topics included prediction markets, perpetual futures, decentralized finance, bringing offshore derivatives activity into regulated U.S. markets, and establishing accountability for decentralized platforms. Adrian Wall stressed that regulatory clarity requires rules reflecting how digital asset markets actually operate in order to encourage onshore activity and institutional adoption while protecting market participants and financial privacy.
