The Protect Progress PAC, backed by the crypto industry through super PAC Fairshake, spent $189,000 to support candidate Jake Auchincloss in the Massachusetts primary. Fairshake and its affiliates invested approximately $3.6 million in House and Senate races in Alaska, Florida and Wyoming in August. The super PAC reported having $122 million cash on hand ahead of the 2026 midterms. Massachusetts is among the last U.S. states to hold primaries, approximately two months away from the general election.
