Coinbase added the CT governance token of the Concrete protocol to its asset listing roadmap on September 9, 2026. Deposit addresses are live, but transfers remain locked pending the issuer’s decision. The token, with a fixed supply of 1 billion units, is not a financial asset: it only confers governance rights with no profit participation or dividend claims. However, the underlying protocol shows significant activity with approximately $1.3 billion in vault deposits and over $24 billion in cumulative transaction volumes across 54,000 users. Protocol governance is handled by the Concrete Foundation, based in the Cayman Islands, while the business structure operates from the British Virgin Islands.
