Cardano Under Pressure: Falling Network Activity Adds to ADA Selling Concerns

Share

Cardano has lost nearly 12% in one week, with large holders selling over 110 million ADA in five days. Network activity has also contracted, as daily active addresses fell 41.36% from 27,248 to 15,977. The critical support level to watch is $0.24; a breakdown below it could push ADA toward $0.21. Despite this decline, the network set a new transaction record during Epoch 660 with 1,780,896 transactions processed, surpassing the previous high from November 2021. The Cardano Foundation also launched CIP-0113, a new token standard for regulated assets, while its Veridian digital identity project has become an independent Swiss-based company.
