Advanced packaging now accounts for 75% of total revenue, with over half derived from high-performance computing and AI applications. Year-to-date orders through June 2026 surpassed $600 million, with approximately 80% linked to advanced packaging, providing meaningful revenue visibility into 2027. The company projects full-year 2026 advanced packaging revenue growth in the range of 35% to 45%.
