The chain counts BlackRock, Visa, and Mastercard among its founding validators, alongside over 100 institutional participants including Aave and Morpho. Arc differentiates itself through native USDC as its gas token, with transaction fees of approximately $0.01 and sub-second deterministic finality. Circle executed a genesis mint of 10 billion ARC tokens, with a presale that raised approximately $222 million at a $3 billion fully diluted valuation.
