Blockstream transferred 300 BTC to the Liquid Federation wallet on November 2, 2026, bringing its reserves to 4,018.95 BTC. The backing for the 4,268.95 L-BTC in circulation has now reached 94.14%, but 250 BTC is still missing for full backing. L-BTC redemptions for native Bitcoin remain suspended until the ratio reaches 100%. Following September’s exploit, which drained approximately 4,000 BTC, around 3,400 BTC were recovered. Blockstream pledged to cover the remaining shortfall, while security audits and software upgrades were completed.
