This valuation represents a steep decline from the $14 billion peak reached in 2022, and a discount to the $7 billion valuation from its November 2023 Series E round. The Dallas-based company, which employs around 500 people and has created over 95 million wallets, reported adjusted profitability for three consecutive years. Blockchain.com confidentially filed a Form S-1 with the SEC on May 21, 2026, and signed a partnership with the NYSE in September 2026 to offer tokenized stocks and ETFs on its platform.
