Bitfinex Securities launched on September 1 five equity-backed notes offering tokenized exposure to companies holding Bitcoin in their treasury, including Strategy and Metaplanet. The products, tradable against US dollars, Tether (USDt) and Bitcoin, are available to eligible non-US investors with a minimum purchase of approximately $1. Issued through Luxembourg-based securitization fund ORO (II) and regulated by El Salvador’s National Digital Assets Commission, the notes bring Bitfinex Securities’ total listed assets past the $500 million mark. This listing follows a $50 million capital raise that Bitfinex Securities facilitated the previous month for metals company Alkemya.
